Where: Waterloo Campus, Room TBA
Time: 6:00 pm

Feeling like you cannot cope with your essays or your dissertation? Is writer's block bumming you out? Is your anxiety getting out of control at times? Is procrastination getting the best of you? Then come to this session, where a PhD student on her final year will share all wisdom that she and her collegues have built throughout years of sweat and tears. On the first half, we will discuss why postgrad students are more likely to feel anxiety during their studies, so that you identify how to deal with your difficulties. On the second half, we will share practical recommendations about self-care, getting to work, and avoiding procrastination.
